LARSON ANGUS RANCH continually strives to create better seed-stock for the commercial cattleman by keeping only the top 1/3 of the calf crop for bulls or replacement heifers. The remainder of the crop we feed out ourselves as "calf feds". Though we do have a few mixed loads with customer cattle, we always have several loads of exclusively home-raised calves that we acquire carcass data on to further the accuracy of our herd sires and A.I. sires.
